Derajat Kanker Serviks Menurut FIGO |
|
• |
Stage 0:
Carcinoma in situ, intraepithelial carcinoma |
|
• |
Stage 1: The
carcinoma is strictly confined to the cervix; extension to the corpus should be
disregarded.
|
• |
Stage IA:
Invasive carcinoma diagnosed only by microscopy; all visible lesions, even with
superficial invasion, are stage IB. |
|
• |
Stage IA1:
Invasion of stroma is less than 3.0 mm2, and the horizontal spread
must not exceed 7.0 mm2. |
|
• |
Stage IA2:
Invasion of stroma is greater than 3.0 mm2 and not more than 5.0 mm,
and the horizontal spread is 7.0 mm or less. Larger lesions should be classified
as stage IB. |
|
• |
Stage IB:
Clinically visible lesions confined to the cervix or lesions of greater
dimensions than Stage IA2 |
|
• |
Stage IB1:
Clinically visible lesions no greater than 4.0 cm or less in greatest
dimension |
|
• |
Stage IB2:
Clinically visible lesions greater than 4.0
cm |
|
|
• |
Stage II: The
carcinoma extends beyond the cervix but not to the pelvic wall or to the lower
one third of the vagina.
|
• |
Stage IIA:
Without parametrial invasion, involving upper one half of the
vagina |
|
• |
Stage IIB:
Tumor with parametrial
invasion |
|
|
• |
Stage III: The
tumor extends to the pelvic wall or involves the lower one third of the vagina
or causes hydronephrosis or nonfunctioning kidney.
|
• |
Stage IIIA:
Tumor involves lower one third of the vagina, no extension to the pelvic
wall |
|
• |
Stage IIIB:
Tumor extends to pelvic wall and/or causes hydronephrosis or nonfunctioning
kidney |
|
|
• |
Stage IV: The
tumor has extended beyond the true pelvis or has involved the mucosa of the
bladder or rectum. A bullous edema does not qualify as a criterion for stage IV
disease.
|
• |
Stage IVA:
Tumor spread to adjacent organs (bladder, rectum, or both) |
|
• |
Stage IVB:
Distant
metastasis |
